I want to live in a world where leaders and teams can energise their purpose. Yet even strong leaders and good systems fall into optimisation gaps: the space between intent and what the system is built to deliver. Our work is to reveal those gaps and close them with care.

I bring calm presence, direct questions and careful attention. I am a partner in inquiry all the way through execution.

Why I do this

Patterns in people and patterns in systems play together to keep the status quo in place. When we name what is really happening and choose a few moves that matter, people and results come back into alignment. That moment never gets old.

What shaped me

An engineer’s mind, a compassionate heart, and a body trained through yoga and mindfulness. I grew up in contrasts and carried that curiosity across cultures, industries and belief systems. Over time I learned to hold difference, ask deeper questions and work with the whole human system.

Clients know me as a safe harbour and a challenger of norms. I care about success and I care about people. I enjoy life and I enjoy specific achievement. These polarities are a source of resourcefulness for the work.
